FBI Agents Are Accused of Bugging Boss’ Office, Buying Sex, Texting Lurid Photos

It appears some FBI agents are having a little bit too much fun on the job, internal disciplinary reports obtained by CNN show.

The reports indicate agents bugged a boss’ office, sent naked photos to co-workers, sexted on the job and paid for sex at a message parlor, CNN reported.

The FBI, whose motto is fidelity, bravery, integrity, has been dealing with “a rash of sexting cases” in which agents are using government-issued phones to send lurid pictures and suggestive texts.

“We’re hoping (that) getting the message out in the quarterlies is going to teach people, as well as their supervisors … you can’t do this stuff,” FBI assistant director Candice Will told CNN this week. “When you are given an FBI BlackBerry, it’s for official use. It’s not to text the woman in another office who you found attractive or to send a picture of yourself in a state of undress. That is not why we provide you an FBI BlackBerry.”

An ICE official accused of sexual harassment, retaliation and lewd behavior is moving into settlement talks with the federal government, Fox News reports.

Former Ice Chief of Staff Suzanne Barr, who resigned last week, has come under criticism from male employees who claimed she was running a “frat-house”-style agency.

The deadline for talks is Nov. 2, according to Fox News.

Barr has denied the allegations.

“In recent weeks, I have been the focus of unfounded allegations designed to destroy my reputation, but of greater concern however, is the threat these allegations represent to the reputation of this agency and the men and women who proudly serve their country by advancing ICE’s mission,” Barr wrote in her resignation letter, according to Fox News.

Three employees at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have made sexual harassment complaints against a longtime aide to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, new court records show, according to the Associated Press.

The employees accuse Suzanne Barr, the agency’s chief of staff, of sexually harassing male subordinates.

The complaints range from offering to have sex with two subordinates in separate cases to inappropriate comments about a worker’s penis.

These are the first sex-related complaints against Barr, the AP reported.

ICE Chief of Staff Suzanne Barr is on leave while the agency investigates claims that she treated men poorly, the New York Daily News reports.

Barr voluntarily placed herself on leave Tuesday, said ICE spokesman Brian Hale.

New accusers are speaking out after a lawsuit was filed on behalf of ICE Special Agent in Charge James T. Hayes Jr., who says Barr was verbally abusive, his attorney said, the New York Daily News reported.

One accuser  said in a statement after  a gathering at the ICE director’s office, according to the Daily News:

“At some point during the conversation, I witnessed Suzanne Barr turn to senior ICE employee Tae Johnson and state ‘You a sexy mothaf—a!’ She then looked at his crotch and asked, ‘How long is it anyway?’ ”
