Well, it’s highly unlikely FBI agent Chase Bishop will appear any time soon on Dancing With the Stars.

But the good news is that Judge Frances Simonet of the Second District County Court in Denver agreed Tuesday to amend a protection order to allow Bishop to carry his service weapon again, the New York Times reports.

You might recall Bishop was dancing at a Denver club last month and did a back flip. When he realized he dropped his gun, he went to pick it up. It accidentally misfired and hit a customer in the leg.

He’s  facing a felony second-degree assault charge and has been offered a plea agreement. The details of that offer have not been publicly disclosed.
