Political Consultant Wanted in Nationwide Manhunt for Allegedly Possessing Explosives Is Arrested

A San Francisco political consultant who was at the center of a nationwide manhunt because he was suspected of possessing explosives has been captured.
The Los Angeles Times reports that Ryan Kelly Chamberlin II, 42, was arrested near the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the FBI said late Monday.
Chamberlin is no stranger to the media and political scene in the Bay Area. In 2003, Chamberlin helped Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom win the San Francisco mayoral campaign.
