WASHINGTON — Two big-name ex-feds scheduled to testify on behalf of Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor are former FBI director Louis Freeh  and former N.Y. U.S. Attorney Michael J. Garcia.

The hearing begins Monday at 10 a.m.
